Portable Toilets on concrete ledge above stormwater inlet leading to a basin that overflows to the channel (installed on Friday 4/17/15). Bill indicated that no overflow has occurred to date from the basin. Notified Bill that a verbal violation will be noted in SMARTs for the site.

Maintenance shop is indoors/garage.There are drain inlets outside that may go to a o/w separator (sump) Rosemary could not confirm. SWPPP not onsite -Rosemary said that the files are packed up including SWPPP. She said that this location (division) is going to be closing but another moving in, no further info. There are 55 gallon drums and oil/antifreeze containers and degreaser containers on the ground outside at the site without secondary containment. 2014-01-07	North Perris Distribution Center 400 Harley Knox Blvd, Perris California 92571	BMPs were lacking all around the site and are inadequate to protect against discharge of contaminants from the site. Storm drains were left without any BMPs and could discharge from the site. No BMPs were noted at the boundary of the construction area and sediments can easily discharge to streets. The metal tracking grate was filled with dirt and was ineffective during the inspections. This area requires special attention to comply with the general permit. Stockpiles of soil had no BMPs to protect against sediment runoff from this area. A storm drain inlet (covered by a piece of plywood) was noted adjacent to the stockpile without any BMPs. A net is used in front of the site rather than the silt fence, which is not protective of water quality. All BMPs must be re-evaluated and implemented as needed. Additional BMPs may be required to bring the site into compliance. No BMPs were noted within the street to collect the sediments tracked of site or sediment runoff as a result of a rain event. The street is swept every other day. This frequency may not be adequate. Records of inspections and monitoring were not found at the site. These documents must remain on site at the construction trailer for review by the regulatory agencies. Please send, at least, a copy of the last 3 weekly inspections to me at the email provided below. An email verbal enforcement was issued on 8-14-14.
