However, there are a few minor issues that require corrective action (requested during inspection and via email to Patrick Milks): 1) Employee training logs are missing from the SWPPP binder. Requested Mr. Milks email a copy of the training logs once received from QSP and to keep a copy of the training logs in the SWPPP binder on site. 2) The concrete washout is positioned in a low spot with ponded water around it which makes it difficult to determine if there is 100% containment by the washout. Requested Mr. Milks relocate the washout to another (appropriate) location. 3) Requested Mr. Milks to ensure that the dirt pile just above the storm drain inlet near the site entrance/front office is removed prior to the next rain event, which is forecasted for late Thursday night/early Friday morning and throughout the day. Also requested that the storm drain inlet has adequate inlet protection to prevent debris/sediment/etc.. from entering the storm drain. 4) Requested that Mr. Milks ensure that the storm drain inlet located in front of the building with scaffolding has adequate storm drain inlet protection that is properly installed (no gaps) to prevent debris/sediment/etc.. from entering the storm drain. 5) Prior to the pending storm event, implement housekeeping BMPs (sweeping, etc...) to remove the soil/sediment that is on the street along the curb at the west end of the site, and implement additional erosion control BMPs as required to prevent soil/sediment from washing out onto the street.

No training logs, no Wx logs. No BMP Logs. Site lacks erosion control BMPs, sediment control BMPs, and perimeter control BMPs. Only 3 inch rock laid out at open entrance for tracking control. All storm water flows to north west corner of site. There are two additional entrances along Palm Ave that are earthen right up to the sidewalk on Palm Ave and do not have any sediment or perimeter controls in place. Inspector advised Dave Wright of all deficiencies/violations and requested corrective actions. Inspector recommends a Notice of Violation for this site. Formal inspection report to be prepared.
