The BMP was inadequate since the gravel bags would easily be overwelmed by the volume of water flowing into the basin. Requested that the riser be extended and silt screen wraped around the riser. Also, there were several check dams at the site that had significant sediment build-up behind them that needs to be cleaned.

Pointed this out to Earl Pritchard, job supt. Also advised him that a COI needs to be submitted for the change in construction dates (delay) from Oct 2014-March 2015, to, April 2015-October 12015. According to Earl, grading will begin next week after rain stops.
